Welcome to jilieco. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilieco ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jilieco online casino website located at jilieco.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available thereon.

jilieco reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the jilieco Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine ID.
• A valid and active mobile phone number registered in your name.
• A valid email address to which you have sole and exclusive access.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your billing or residential address within the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jilieco will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify jilieco immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

jilieco uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect account data. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely impenetrable, and you accept a degree of residual risk inherent in using any online platform.

All financial transactions on jilieco are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jilieco supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Supported methods may change from time to time at jilieco's discretion.

Deposits:

• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jilieco wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation by the payment provider.
• jilieco does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

jilieco may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed full account verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, and expiry timeframes. Failure to meet these requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one active bonus may typically be held per account at any time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

By placing any wager on jilieco, you agree that:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilieco Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to accumulate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilieco staff, customer support agents, or other players.

All content on the jilieco Platform — including but not limited to the jilieco brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilieco or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jilieco.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the jilieco brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital medium.

jilieco collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilieco and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for certain damages is not permitted by law, jilieco's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud on jilieco's part.

jilieco reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined by jilieco's dormant account policy.

Upon account termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), jilieco reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their jilieco account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification requirements.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilieco, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. To initiate a dispute, players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with sufficient detail to enable jilieco to investigate the matter. jilieco will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 15 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of formal complaint submission, either party may pursue the matter through the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

jilieco reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilieco will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jilieco Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
